Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I had a delightful stay at the guesthouse. The rooms were lovely and spacious, with a very comfy king bed and crisp white sheets. The service was friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. The location was perfect, close to amenities and trendy areas to explore. The dining experience was delicious and fueled us for our travels. Overall, a great value for money choice.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were bright, clean, and had a very comfortable bed, offering a great view towards the Firth of Forth. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. The location was ideal for exploring the city, with a quiet and homely atmosphere in the evenings. The dining experience was delightful, with a special offering of a full Scottish breakfast and other delicious dishes.
Staying at the hotel in this beautifully decorated townhouse was exceptional with great attentive hosts and a varied selection at breakfast. However, the cost of breakfast included made it seem much nicer and cheaper; although having a separate bathroom was a downside, I won't choose that option again.
The hotel is situated in a quiet area and offers cozy, clean rooms with everything you could wish for. While it requires navigating some stairs to reach the garden rooms, the peace and tranquility make it worth it. The location is ideal, close to the city center yet away from the hustle and bustle, perfect for those seeking a peaceful retreat.
What a delightful stay! The hosts were incredibly attentive, and breakfast offered a varied selection of locally sourced and homemade foods. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home. However, the price could be a bit steep for some.
The hotel had a book containing all handwritten information about things to do in Edinburgh and a hand-written welcome letter for us with our names, which was lovely. The rooms were very comfy, not too far from the city to walk, and the hosts were very informative about using buses as an alternative. However, the rooms lacked terribly in storage space.
